Securing financial sponsors was key to the financial success of this event. I worked with a great advancement team to layout sponsorship levels, decide on sponsor benefits, communicate with sponsors and manage their experience at the event.

Tickets Sold
Tickets were priced, promoted, tracked and managed with an online software. This was a new record high tickets sold for this annual event. Clear communication and follow-up with each attendee was crucial for meal selection, seating preference, check-in readiness and event experience.

The event solicited and showcased 81 silent auction items and 10 live items. Live items were sold by a professional auctioneer and his team in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Each item was packaged, valued, promoted and delivered to the generous attendees.
