Event Brief

This unique evening under the stars provided an opportunity for guests to dream, envision, pray, celebrate the past and what could be in the future. Guests toured the land, enjoyed an elegant fall menu for dinner and were inspired by amazing stories. It was an inspiring evening for all and a great way to bring vision to a community.

Event guest management included save the date cards, email and printed invitations, RSVP tracking, logistics communications, day of coordination and program facilitation.

Beautiful Tables

Tables were arranged and adjusted as RSVP numbers finalized. Each table included a designated table host, beautiful centerpiece of fall flowers, response cards, elegant glassware and a memorable token commemorating the evening for guests to take home.

Amazing Vendors

The events involved contracts and coordination with multiple vendors including Apres Event and Tent rental for our huge tent, AV service, catering by N’Joy Events, photography by Walters photography, custom designed and created paver stones and more. It takes a team and I love the amazing vendors I worked with on this event.

Perfect Fall Evening

An outdoor event in October in Minnesota is always a gamble! Weather can be unpredictable which means we had back up plans upon back up plans. We were blessed with the most perfect fall evening and couldn’t have been more comfortable with all of our provisions.
